SIZE: 12″ and 6″ square (excluding seam allowances)

TECHNIQUE: machine piecing using squares and rectangles. The pattern contains instructions for cutting out the pieces using a rotary cutter and quilting ruler. It does not contain actual size templates.

SKILL LEVEL: The whole apple is very straightforward. The 6″ half apple contains some small pieces, the smallest of which is 1″ square. As with all patchwork, for best results, cut and piece accurately.

On receipt of your order, you will receive a eight page Apple pdf quilt block pattern. The pattern includes directions for both a half and whole apple in both 12″ and 6″ sizes. Pattern also includes detailed step-by-step instructions, fabric requirements, a cutting chart and large, coloured diagrams to illustrate how the blocks are constructed.

This cheery 4-in-1 apple quilt block pattern is so versatile. An apple block would make a fun gift for a teacher as a mug rug, pillow or tote bag.

Following receipt of your order, you will be sent a link to download your pattern. Please check your spam folder if it isn’t in your Inbox. You can then download your pattern, print it and start stitching straight away. (Btw please don’t try to download to your phone, very few phones will have enough memory.)
