SIZES: 12″ sq. and 6″ sq. (excluding seam allowances)

TECHNIQUE: machine piecing using squares and rectangles. The pattern contains instructions for cutting out the pieces using a rotary cutter and quilting ruler. It does not contain actual size templates. This pattern contains some small pieces, the smallest of which is a 3/4″ strip in the 6″ block. As with all patchwork, for best results, cut and piece accurately.

Description

The sweethearts quilt block comes in two sizes, 12″ and 6″. Mix and match with other quilt blocks to make pillows, wall hangings or other romance themed decor.

On ordering you will receive a six page digital sweethearts quilt block pdf pattern. The pattern includes recommendations for fabric choices, a cutting chart, step-by-step instructions, illustrated where necessary. All my quilt block patterns also include a large, coloured diagram to visually show how the block comes together.

This block is part of the Valentine range which also includes the love letter quilt block (to be released shortly!).
