SIZE: finished quilt is approx. 37″ square.

The stable, angel, shepherd, wise men and star quilt blocks are all 12″ square (excluding seam allowances). The star block also comes in 6″. The camel block is 9″ x 14″ (excluding seam allowances).

TECHNIQUE: machine piecing using squares and rectangles. The pattern contains instructions for cutting out the pieces using a rotary cutter and quilting ruler. It does not contain actual size templates.

SKILL LEVEL: more effort! These patterns are involved and contain multiple small pieces, including several 1″ squares. As with all patchwork, for best results, cut and piece accurately.

On receipt of your order, you will receive a ten page Wise Men pdf quilt block pattern, a ten page Shepherd pdf quilt block pattern, a six page Star pdf quilt block pattern, an eleven page Angel pdf quilt block pattern, a twelve page Stable pdf quilt block pattern and an eight page Camel pdf quilt block pattern. You will also receive setting instructions for the Holy Night Quilt.

Each pattern includes detailed step-by-step instructions, fabric requirements, cutting chart and large, coloured diagrams to illustrate how the block is constructed.

DESCRIPTION:

This nativity quilt pattern contains the following 12″ quilt block patterns: the stable (with Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus), an angel, a shepherd and sheep, the wise men and a star. It also contains a 9″ x 14″ camel quilt block and the setting instructions to make the Holy Night nativity quilt.

The angel pattern comes with instructions to make both a left and right facing angel. The camel block also contains instructions to make both a left and right facing camel. The star block contains cutting instructions for both a 12″ and 6″ block.

You can re-use the individual blocks in this pattern to make lots of different projects.

Following receipt of your order, you will be sent a link to download your patterns. Please check your spam folder if it isn’t in your Inbox. You can then download your pattern, print it and start stitching straight away. (Btw please don’t try to download to your phone, very few phones will have enough memory.)
