SKILL LEVEL: confident beginner. Please note, this pattern does contain some small pieces, the smallest of which is 1″ square. The goose also has an optional applique bow.

TECHNIQUE: machine piecing using squares and rectangles. The pattern contains instructions for cutting out the pieces using a rotary cutter and quilting ruler and does not contain actual size templates. This pattern contains some small pieces, the smallest of which is 1″ square. As with all patchwork, for best results, cut and piece accurately. The optional goose bow is appliqued on.

Description

The goose quilt block is part of the Christmas collection of mix and match, machine pieced blocks. Combine the blocks to make table runners, wall hangings, pillows or mug rugs.

The goose comes with an optional applique bow but if applique is not your thing, the pattern works just as well without it.

On placing your order, you will receive an eight page Goose PDF quilt block pattern which includes detailed, step-by-step instructions, illustrated where necessary. The pattern also includes a large, coloured diagram to show how the block fits together, a guide to choosing fabric and a cutting chart. A full-size bow applique template is provided.

Following receipt of your order, you will be sent a link to download your pattern. Please check your spam folder if it isn’t in your Inbox. You can then download your pattern, print it and start stitching straight away! (Btw please don’t try to download to your phone, very few phones will have enough memory!)
